Kiani Concept said farewell to 2018 in the best possible way recently, in the only way we know how to: with style, an exhibition of our collection and of course, valuable time spent gathered together with loved ones at our very own exclusive party, thrown for over 200 of our dearest friends, family and followers of our brand. As the sun set over Stockholm, Sweden on December the 31st and 2018 drew to a close, our doors opened for a lavish three course dinner, with the finest wines, champagnes and everything else that our complimentary bar could offer to ensure that the final countdown to 2019 was welcomed by all, with smiles, warmth and high hopes for the coming year.
Much like our celebration earlier in the year to welcome Norouz, the Persian New Year, we once again sought the incredible talents of Afsaneh Nazari, the Stockholm based wedding and party planner, and long-time friend of Kiani Concept. Her skills and artistic flair always help to make any occasion an unforgettable experience, and we once again owe her our sincere thanks.
Artistic flair was also on hand in the form of an Iranian-inspired art installation by acclaimed painter Sepideh Nasseri of Monjogh, displaying some of her incredible works alongside many of the products from our own collections in a celebration that was as much about colour, tradition and national pride as it was about saying farewell to the old and welcoming in the new, in our very own unique style!
Charity as well as style also played a key role in the evening’s events as a portrait of The Shah of Iran, from the private collection of the evening’s host and Kiani Concept’s very own Saman Taherpour was auctioned in aid of underprivileged children in Iran, raising awareness and valuable funds for an incredibly worthwhile cause.
And so…in the small hours of January first, we said our goodbyes to dear friends and family and, after a good night’s sleep awoke energised and refreshed to meet the challenges that the New Year always brings. Thanks to so many wonderful compliments, and such positive feedback, we at Kiani Concept look forward to beginning the new year much as we ended the old one; by designing and crafting the very best contemporary jewellery and accessories and to continue being a very special brand; where the classical meets the contemporary, a place to inspire, to express who we are and to celebrate the things in life that mean the most, you are welcome to join us!
